These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, educational resources, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Adventure with ARII ("Adventure with ARII," "we," "our," or "us"). Use of the Platform You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, educational, and personal purposes. Creative Corner and Marketplace The Platform may include a marketplace ("Creative Corner") where approved users may share, list, and sell educational content, and where users may purchase such content. Sellers are responsible for: • The accuracy, quality, and legality of their listings • Fulfilling orders and honoring applicable terms • Complying with all applicable laws, including tax and consumer protection laws Purchases are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, completed digital purchases may be non-refundable. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers except as expressly stated and are not responsible for disputes between them, though we may assist where appropriate. 5. Subscriptions and Payments Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. By purchasing, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the terms presented at purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventure with ARII and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventure with ARII and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms. 11. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply. 12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 13.
